1. What this site is

The Weekly Report is an editorial publication operated by Weekly Report Media LLC. It publishes a ranking of Android games available on Google Play, a description of the method behind that ranking, and short journal pieces. It is not a store, a distributor, a directory or a service. Nothing here can be purchased, and nothing here requires an account.

2. Our scores are opinion

Every score, badge, ordering decision and sentence of commentary on this site is the editorial judgement of our desk. It is not advice, not a recommendation to buy, and not a statement of fact about quality. Two reasonable readers can look at the same three games and order them differently, and our own order changes between editions. Decisions about whether to obtain a game, and whether it suits you or anyone in your household, are yours alone and should be made after reading the game's own store listing.

3. Store figures are a snapshot

Ratings, review counts, download figures, price labels and genres reproduced in our ranking were read from each game's Google Play listing at the time we compiled the page. Those values change without notice. We do not update them continuously and we make no warranty that any figure is current at the moment you read it. Where our page and the listing disagree, the listing is correct. Tell us and we will fix the page.

4. No software is distributed here

We do not host, mirror, package, modify or supply any application, game file or software of any kind. There is nothing to obtain from this domain except text and images. Every game we discuss is reached through an ordinary link to its own Google Play listing, and everything to do with obtaining, paying for, updating or removing a game happens there under the store's own terms.

5. Outbound links and third parties

Outbound links on this site point to Google Play listings. We do not control those pages and are not responsible for their content, availability, pricing, permissions or the conduct of the services and developers behind them. Following an outbound link takes you to a third party whose own terms and privacy policy apply. Links are provided for reference and do not constitute an endorsement of any developer or publisher.

6. Intellectual property and trademarks

The text, page structure, layout and editorial scores on this site are the property of Weekly Report Media LLC. You may quote a short extract for review, comment or news reporting with a clear credit and a link to the page quoted. Republishing whole entries, reproducing the ranking in full, or reusing our material to train or populate another service is not permitted without written consent. Game titles, logos, screenshots and other materials belong to their respective rights holders and appear here for identification and commentary. Google Play and the Google Play logo are trademarks of Google LLC; this publication is independent of and not endorsed by Google LLC.

7. Acceptable use

Read the site, link to it, quote it within the limits above. Do not attempt to interfere with its operation, probe it for vulnerabilities, scrape it at a volume that degrades service for other readers, or present its content as your own. Do not use the site's name, wording or scores to imply that we endorse a product, a service or a purchase.

8. Availability

The site is published as it is, without any guarantee of continuous availability. Pages may be edited, moved or withdrawn, editions may be revised in place, and scores may change when a game changes. We do not undertake to preserve earlier versions of the ranking or to notify anyone before an entry is amended.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Weekly Report Media LLC is not liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on the content of this site, from following a link away from it, or from obtaining, using or paying for any game we discuss. That includes loss of data, device problems, charges incurred through a store, and any dissatisfaction with a game we ranked highly. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms when the site changes. The revised text replaces this one on publication and the review date above moves. Continuing to use the site after a revision means the revised terms apply to you. We do not maintain an archive of earlier versions.
