How long a reply takes

We read everything within a few days and answer most letters inside a week. This is an evening operation, so a long or complicated question may sit for a while before it gets the attention it deserves. If your message is time-sensitive, say so in the subject line and we will look at it first.

Reporting a wrong figure

Store numbers move, and ours are a snapshot taken when we compiled the page. If a rating, download figure, review count or price on our ranking no longer matches the listing, write to the editorial address with the game's name, the figure as we printed it, and the figure you are seeing now. A link to the listing helps. We check against the listing ourselves, fix the page in place, and note the correction with a date.

What we cannot help with

We do not host, mirror or supply any application, so we cannot help with a download, a purchase, a refund, an account problem or a device that will not run a game. Those all belong to the store and the developer, and the listing is where to start. Pitches for paid placement get no reply; there is no arrangement under which a game can buy a position on this page.
